Unveiling the Glass Show with Susan Knecht

We've had a busy morning at the gallary.

Alabama artist, Susan Knect and her lovely assistant, Allison, arrived late last night and spent this morning installing this magnificent glass chandelier. They've been working for the past four weeks to build this gorgeous work of art. It's difficult to capture just how awesome it is in a photo. You just want to eat it up!

The colorful glass objects on the pedestals below are also created by Susan. They range from vases and perfume bottles to whimsical sculptures.

All this is in preparation for our May Open House & Wine Tasting, tomorrow night from 6-8pm. Wines will be provided by Wine Styles and food provided by The Oceanic Restaurant. Please come by and meet the artist. If you have any interest in art glass, you'll be fascinated by her stories.

Jane Faudree exhibits at Brunswick Community College

Gallery painter and employee, Jane Faudree will be exhibiting a new body of work at Brunswick Community College. The exhibit will run from May 5-29. Coastal and local scenes in oil paint.
